Here is our recipe for this delicious and nourishing super food dessert:
MUNG BEAN BARLEY SOUP RECIPE (SLOW COOKER VERSION)

INGREDIENTS
150g sweet potatoes (cut into medium cubes)-
100g mung beans (wash thoroughly)
100g barley (wash thoroughly)
100g candied winter melon strips (or to taste)
1 knotted pandan leaf
6 cups of hot water
HOW TO:
1) Place all the ingredients into a slow-cooker. Add the water. Stir the ingredients.
2) Cook on high until the beans are tender. It usually takes about 2.5-3 hours.
3) Add some rock sugar for sweetness.
Add more water if you prefer more soup/less chunky.
