Being an office worker means you have to sit in the office for a long period of time. Such behavior may lead to stiffness of neck and shoulder especially when we do not adapt the correct body posture. Today we will share with you a few simple exercise that you can do to help you relief the pain.
SIMPLE NECK EXERCISE
This is a very simple exercise , all you have to do is keep your shoulder straight when turning your head. Turn your head to the left, stay for 10 seconds and repeat for right , up and down.




SIMPLE SHOULDER EXERCISE 1
Hold both hands straight up, in-front of you, intertwine your fingers and give it a good stretch. Make sure your hands are perpendicular to the ground. Hold it for 10 Seconds.

Next lift them up above your heads and hold it for another 10 seconds.

SIMPLE SHOULDER EXERCISE 2
For the next exercise you can do a little swing. Like the previous exercise, lift your hands up above your head and intertwine them. Stretch to the left and if you like you can add a little swing, swinging your hands and body to the left. Do this for 15 seconds.

Next, move your hands back just above your head and hold it for 10 seconds.

Last but not least, repeat for the right side.
